Sessions are one-on-one or with couples, and each is uniquely shaped by your needs, goals, and pace. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic — honouring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I offer in-person sessions in Golden, B.C., as well as online sessions for clients across B.C. and surrounding areas.
